82DASH helps brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers - turning everyday users into their most powerful marketing asset.

We’re preparing to launch (with a focus on the US) and are now looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Manager to help build our brand from the ground up.

If you love creating content that actually connects - not just performs - and want to help shape the voice of a company redefining how brands and customers interact, this one’s for you.

Tasks

Own our social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok/Shorts - from concept to content calendar to publishing.

  • Create and experiment: make videos, visuals, and stories that people actually want to share.
  • Use 82DASH itself as your playground - run content campaigns, reward uploads, and turn our early community into our biggest advocates.
  • Collaborate with founders to shape tone, story, and identity across every touchpoint.
  • Write and design for multiple formats: short-form video, carousels, newsletters, blog snippets, and launch content.
  • Track what’s working, spot trends, and push creative ideas that help us grow faster and stay authentic.
  • Build partnerships and community moments with early brands, creators, and collaborators.
  • Keep our channels feeling alive, human, and interesting - not corporate or generic.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience running social and content for a brand, agency, or startup.
  • Proven skill in creating short-form video, storytelling, and crafting posts that cut through.
  • You understand what makes brands feel real and human online - not just polished.
  • Comfortable in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (bonus if you can edit Reels/Shorts).
  • A good eye for design and a deep feel for timing, rhythm, and trends.
  • Excellent writing instincts - able to move between playful, punchy, and polished.
  • A love for experimentation, fast feedback loops, and building things from 0 → 1.
  • You’re curious, independent, and happy to take initiative — we value energy over hierarchy.

Bonus Points:

Experience with creator marketing, community-led growth, or UGC campaigns.

  • Background in eCommerce or SaaS.
  • Interest in marketing that blends tech, creativity, and culture.
