Mission: build the Davos of Digital Assets
What You'll Own
π Growth Strategy & Execution (50%)
- Run positioning campaigns
- Build and optimize full funnel: awareness β consideration β application β conversion
- Own CAC targets, attribution tracking, and weekly performance metrics
- Launch 3-5 major campaigns quarterly with clear revenue targets
π― Speaker Authority Flywheel (25%)
- Recruit and activate Top-30 global Web3 leaders as anchors
- Build self-announcement systems: tiered speaker kits, amplification loops, PR coordination
- Turn 120+ speakers into distribution army driving applications
π° Sponsor Pipeline Leverage (15%)
- Co-create content with sponsors (Kraken, Bittensor, etc.) for 10M+ combined reach
- Run quarterly syncs with sponsor marketing teams
- Track sponsor-attributed ticket sales and optimize activation
π¬ Testing & Optimization (10%)
- Weekly experiments across channels (social, email, ads, partnerships)
- "10X or kill" evaluation every 2 weeks
- Find underpriced attention channels before competitors
Your Team & Tools
You'll lead: 2-3 team members (Content Lead, Creative/Guerrilla, Interns)
Your stack: HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma, LinkedIn Ads, Buffer, AI content tools (VEO, Banana), CRM with full attribution
You report to: CMO/Founder with weekly 1:1s and direct leadership access

Who You Are
Required:
- 3-5+ years growth marketing or demand gen (B2B SaaS, events, or Web3)
- Proven track record driving revenue with budgets
- Expert in attribution, funnel optimization, and performance marketing
- Strong copywriting + ability to elevate AI output
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
Nice to have:
- Web3/crypto industry knowledge
- Event marketing experience
- Experience with high-ticket sales (β¬2K+ products)
- Design or video production skills

Compensation & Growth
