The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who lives at the intersection of data, creativity, and speed — someone who can turn experiments into exponential user growth.

You’ll be responsible for scaling Readie from thousands to 100k+ users, driving viral campaigns, and embedding growth loops directly into the product experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build and optimize user funnels for features like the AI Readiness Assessment, Resume Booster, Readie Streaks and Agentic AI.
• Launch and track performance/viral campaigns across social, email, and paid channels.
• Develop community-driven growth loops (e.g., badges, referrals, gamified sharing).
• Analyze data, measure what works, and scale what wins.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing (startup experience preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling user bases or launching viral campaigns.
• Skilled with analytics and A/B testing (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
• Creative thinker with a bias for fast, data-backed experimentation.
• Bonus: experience in AI, edtech, or future-of-work products.
