Role Overview

We’re looking for a social media lead that will take ownership in building up and scale our social media presence end-to-end. You have a talent for storytelling and are able to create highly engaging digital asset content for LinkedIn, X, and Youtube shorts that resonates with our audience and leads to conversions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and execution of 51’s social marketing strategy, setting clear KPIs for success
  • Accelerate growth in our social followings and engagement rates of 51 Insights & Founder’s personal Linkedin, X, and Youtube channels
  • Develop high quality social media content end-to-end, from ideation, writing/scripting, and developing all necessary visuals and graphics
  • Design social campaigns that amplify our our content
  • Start connecting and plugging 51 into different communities across X and LinkedIn

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven, measurable track record in scaling LinkedIn, X, Youtube accounts, with a combination of in-house and agency experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to construct compelling narratives
  • Ability to design social media content & videos end-to-end with Riverside
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently with short timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly independent, proactive, outcome-oriented self-starter that is highly adaptable and hungry to build and grow

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Brand Marketing/Advertising or Comms
  • Big followings on Linkedin and/or X
