B2B Demand Generation Manager (12-Month Contract)
- Salary Range £50,000–£65,000 pro rata + benefits
- Location: Home Based | Occasional UK Travel
Our client is seeking a commercially focused B2B Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline growth within a purpose-led organisation operating at scale across the UK. This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building campaigns that directly influence revenue growth. You’ll join a collaborative, agile team where your ideas, testing mindset and ability to deliver measurable results will be highly valued. The B2B Demand Generation Manager will drive lead generation activity across digital, outbound, partnership and event channels to support ambitious business growth targets. You’ll work closely with sales, communications, finance and digital teams to optimise campaign performance, generate qualified opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data and insight.
Role Highlights
– Build and manage multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns targeting HR, Procurement and ESG decision makers
– Own MQL pipeline delivery and support sales growth targets exceeding £1.8m in new business revenue
– Execute LinkedIn, PPC, SEO, email nurture and outbound campaigns without agency reliance
– Use HubSpot, ZoomInfo and wider Martech tools to improve segmentation, workflows, lead scoring and reporting
– Analyse campaign performance, optimise CPL and ROI, and present insights to senior stakeholders
You Will Need
– Proven experience delivering B2B lead generation campaigns in a lean or fast-growth environment
– Strong technical expertise across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, PPC, LinkedIn advertising and outbound sequencing
– Confidence managing multiple campaigns independently from planning through to reporting
– Commercial awareness with the ability to use data and analytics to improve campaign performance
– Excellent communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across different business functions
