The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can sit directly between our CISO, engineering teams, and Head of Product. You’ll work across the entire product suite, but with significant ownership of two of our prodcuts. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys technical complexity, fast cycles, and big expectations.

Our Head of Product, John, runs a world-class operation - intense, highly structured, and deeply technical. He needs someone who can keep up, cut through friction, and thrive in a demanding environment.

What You’ll Own

• Lead technical product direction across two products, and emerging integration products
• Work deeply with tech standards and documentation, think highly technical compliance work
• Drive complex hardware-software interoperability (experience with Bluetooth, WiFi, firmware layers, protocol-level design is what we need)
• Manage integrations that are anything but simple - think government, healthcare, self-care systems, not just basic API linking
• Bridge communication between CISO and engineering teams - translating security, compliance, and firmware needs into actionable product direction
• Navigate intense product discussions and technical debates with strong personalities
• Own delivery timelines through the painful integrations that currently exist - stepping into a critical gap as key staff transition

This role is hands-on. You’ll be reviewing pull requests, solving UI and UX details with AI tools, unblocking developers, and treating product problems like they’re yours - not someone else’s. We need the mindset that is open to learning new ways.
