We've partnered with the exciting menswear clothing brand, Built Different, to find a Head of Growth who can lead growth marketing operations to scale the brand further.Company Overview

In many retail outlets, plus-size men often struggle to find clothing that fits well and makes them feel confident. Frustrated by the lack of options available, Mark decided to take matters into his own hands. He envisioned a brand that not only offered stylish apparel but also embraced the diverse shapes and sizes of men.

Role Overview
We’ve found product-market fit and built a loyal community. Now we’re looking for someone to take growth into overdrive, someone who’s been deep in the weeds of scaling DTC revenue from £X to £XX million, who knows what makes performance creative hit, and who can run email, ads and launch strategy with real ownership and pace.
This isn’t a people-management role. We want a doer, someone who’s sharp on numbers, fast on execution, and comfortable jumping from ad account to Klaviyo to a product drop checklist in the same hour.
What You’ll Own
Paid Growth
- Oversee & run our Meta and Google ad accounts, we are spending £300k+ a month on Meta, you’ll be hands on to help drive & optimise.
- Build and execute weekly/monthly testing plans to improve ROAS and reduce NCPA.
- Collaborate with our Creative Strategist to brief, test and iterate on performance creative.
- Own budget allocation and scaling strategies across channels.
CRM & Retention
- Own and optimize email & SMS strategy (Klaviyo): flows, segments, campaigns.
- Manage our Email Marketing Executive
- Build out triggered journeys and post-purchase flows to increase LTV and reduce churn.
- Use customer data to identify win-back, cross-sell and retention opportunities.
Launch & Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, promotions and key campaigns.
- Coordinate site updates (Shopify), asset delivery, email, and paid launch strategy.
- Own the marketing calendar and work closely with creative, eCom and ops to deliver seamlessly.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track key KPIs daily (CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention, CVR) and report weekly.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement tests to improve performance across the funnel.
- Drive quarterly planning with the founder and team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Have 5+ years experience in growth/performance roles for DTC brands
- You have spent over £2m+ on meta yourself for a singular brand
- Have owned growth across paid, email/SMS, and site and know how to scale from £X to £XXM
- Have a hands-on approach: you’ve built flows in Klaviyo, launched ads yourself, and worked directly in Shopify
- Are data-led but brand aware, you understand how growth and creative must work together
- Enjoy moving fast and wearing multiple hats in a scale-up environment
- Have worked in fashion, consumer goods or lifestyle brands (bonus)
