Publicis Media U.S. Acquires Dysrupt
Publicis Media U.S. has officially acquired the performance-driven digital marketing agency Dysrupt. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed, but this move is set to enhance Publicis Media's capabilities significantly.
As part of this acquisition, Dysrupt's leadership team will join Publicis Media, including CEO Peter Muzzonigro, Chief Revenue Officer Jarod Haness, and Chief Operating Officer Nate Lorenzen, who will report directly to U.S. CEO Chris Boothe.
Dysrupt is known for its proprietary media solution, the Impact Advertising System (IAS), which aims to improve full-service advertising management while focusing on privacy and innovation. The IAS includes features like media buying, performance creative, and cookieless measurement technologies.
Boothe remarked, âDysrupt delivers exceptional results for clients by shaking up traditional marketing strategies. Its best-in-class performance capabilities will supercharge Publicis Mediaâs agencies and teams.â
Founded in 2019 by Haness and Lorenzen, Dysrupt has made a name for itself by working with clients in various sectors, including e-commerce, entertainment, fintech, health and wellness, and subscription services.
In a joint statement, Haness and Lorenzen expressed their enthusiasm about joining Publicis Media, stating, âWe are delighted to join forces with Publicis Media to power Dysruptâs mission of making the impossible profitable.â They are eager to accelerate their impact and drive measurable results in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Publicis Media U.S. operates under Publicisâ Connected Media unit, which encompasses digital experience agencies and marketing tech firms like Epsilon, influencer marketing shop Influential, and investment arm PMX.
