UnLtd Welcomes Philippa Moig as New CEO
Industry charitable organisation UnLtd has appointed Philippa Moig as CEO, stepping into the role after the departure of Stephen Hunt in February. Moig brings a wealth of experience from Google, where she has been the media leader for ANZ since 2024, along with senior positions at PHD, OMD, Carat, and Mediacom.
Moig is celebrated for her efforts in driving positive change within the industry, notably through her involvement with The Marketing Academy and mentorship in the MFA community. She is also a member of the MFA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council and volunteers with various UnLtd charity partners. Her commitment to equity and representation in diverse communities is unwavering.
Karen Halligan, chair of the UnLtd Board, expressed confidence in Moig’s leadership, stating, “Philippa brings an impressive mix of ambition, energy, leadership skills, and demonstrable results in uniting our industry for social change.” Halligan praised Moig's tenacity and proactive approach to fostering real change.
Moig will officially assume her role as CEO on June 2 and will focus on implementing UnLtd’s new cause-centric strategy, diversifying revenue streams, and enhancing the positive social impact of the industry.
“I am excited to join UnLtd after years of supporting its incredible work. My commitment stems from understanding the challenges faced by at-risk youth. I’ve seen firsthand how crucial UnLtd’s role is in changing these narratives. I’m on a mission to be a catalyst for transformative change, and I can’t wait to get started,” said Moig.
Moig will report to the UnLtd Board of Directors, which includes Karen Halligan, Kerry McCabe, Justin Graham, Kristiaan Kroon, Mark Coad, and Paul Sigaloff. She will also join the existing leadership team, including Ashley McGrath (COO), Jade Harley (Director of Impact), Nina Nyman (CMO), and Tiffany Damm (Commercial Director).
