Super Nice, an indie agency founded by former VML CCO Jared Kozel, is making waves in the marketing world by proving that kindness can be a competitive edge. Just four months after its launch, the agency has announced significant growth, including a new client roster, key leadership hires, and a headquarters in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward.
A Unique Approach to Marketing
Built on the belief that being ‘nice’ leads to better, more purposeful work, Super Nice has quickly attracted global brands like Delta Air Lines, Kickstarter, Wegmans, and SurveyMonkey. The agency is also developing a campaign for American Campus Communities, focusing on redefining the college experience.
"Clients are looking for something different, and that’s exactly what we built Super Nice to be – high-craft, low-ego, and obsessed with the audience," said Jared Kozel, co-founder and chief creative officer.
Pro Bono Work and Future Projects
Super Nice is collaborating with SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young on a national pro bono campaign to promote stuttering awareness. Additionally, the agency is gearing up to launch a proprietary consumer brand in early 2026, overseeing everything from naming to go-to-market strategy.
Strategic Talent Additions
The agency has made its first two full-time hires:
- Ransom Haywood, creative director with experience from Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Porsche.
- Chiara Travia, head of accounts with over 15 years in creative, media, and brand innovation.
MJ Speakman has been promoted to chief strategy officer, recognizing her contributions to the agency’s early success.
A New Headquarters in Atlanta
To support its growth, Super Nice is opening a 3,000 sq. ft. headquarters in the Southern Dairies building, a renovated 1930s dairy plant. "Atlanta is where creativity, culture, and commerce intersect," said Paul Carpenter, president of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Atlanta.
Jared added, "We’re big believers in flexibility because creativity never stands still. Our space is designed for creativity – a place to connect, be inspired, and have fun doing work you love with super nice people."
