I am looking for a rare profile.

An elite strategic closer who is comfortable operating independently, sourcing their own leads, managing the full sales process, and closing high-trust conversations with founders.

This is not a supported sales role.

This is not a warm-leads position.

This is not a salary role.

Structure

• Part-time, fully remote

• Commission-only (based on closed deals, no base salary)

• You source leads, qualify, pre-sell, and close

• Sales pipeline managed exclusively in the company CRM

Context

Back2Control is a strategic operating system for founders running complex, multi-layered businesses.

This role starts in a pre-sales and validation phase and is intended to support early-stage market validation, with the option to grow into a longer-term partnership if alignment is mutual.

• works well without scripts or hand-holding

• understands founders and strategic buyers, and high-ticket decision processes

• values positioning, precision, and discretion

• prefers depth over volume

• prefers autonomy and responsibility over guidance

• is selective about what they sell and who they sell to

• is aligned with a commission-only structure tied to high-value transactions

Your responsibility

• Source and qualify your own leads

• Lead high-trust conversations with founders

• Pre-sell and close Back2Control modules and systems
