PLATFORM CONTENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d) - PART-TIME/FREELANCE (10-20h/week)

We are seeking a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable Platform Content Assistant to support the planning, creation, and publication of educational content on the Winglet platform. In this role, you will ensure that all platform content is accurately maintained, professionally presented, and published in a timely manner across all formats.

You will work closely with our Program, Production, and Sales teams and play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of Winglet’s digital presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage the publication of platform content across all formats
• Create, upload, and maintain platform and video content in our CMS with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage and update event pages, partner contributions, short video clips from TV events, expert profiles, and partner areas
• Maintain CME-related content, including coordination of certificate distribution
• Update and manage static pages (e.g., About Winglet, Partner pages, and other core platform content)
• Publish post-live videos on the platform, including the creation of chapter markers and the upload of teaser videos
• Continuously improve internal content workflows and develop standardized templates to increase efficiency and quality

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in content management, CMS-based publishing, or digital platform maintenance
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Structured and reliable working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic understanding of video content handling and digital publishing processes
• Proactive mindset with interest in optimizing processes and workflows
• Proficiency in both German and English (written & spoken) is a must
