Role Overview
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in recruiting a high volume of quality creators that produce affiliate and ad content on a performance basis to drive revenue for our creator community clients. You will focus on list building, reviewing profiles, vetting for brand and performance fit, launching outreach campaigns on email and DMs, and nurturing creators until they apply to the client's creator community. Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly list building, outreach, and application targets while building great relationships with creators.
Responsibilities
- Build quality creator lists weekly using discovery tools and manual sourcing on platform
- Vet creator profiles to ensure brand and performance fit
- Launch email outreach campaigns with compelling messaging to drive applications
- Send 1:1 recruitment DMs on Instagram to high-priority creators
- Hit inbox zero daily by responding and following up with all creators promptly
- Build weekly reports tracking list building, outreach, and conversion metrics
- Manage and update the creator CRM tracker with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with broader Zeroto1 team to grow our client accounts into long term partnerships
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting creators to produce affiliate content
- Proven track record of hitting high-volume recruitment targets consistently
- Commitment to finding the highest quality creators who align with brand values and deliver performance
- Desire to build relationships with top creators and maintain long-term partnerships
- Experience managing email campaigns and optimizing for conversion
- Deep understanding of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of outreach
- Experience with CRM tools and database management
Key Performance IndicatorsSuccess in this role is measured by the following KPIs:
- Monthly list build: ≥ 4,000 qualified creators per month
- Influencers onboarded monthly: ≥ 100 approved creators per month
- Approval rate: ≥ 50% of recruited creators approved by clients
- Inbox management: Inbox zero achieved daily
- CRM accuracy: 100% data accuracy maintained in creator tracking system
