Head of Growth & Retention — High-Growth Consumer Brand (Remote)
We're partnering with a fast-growing premium consumable brand on a search for their first Head of Growth & Retention, reporting directly to the CMO.
This is not just a DTC role.
The company is doing $100M in revenue this year across DTC, Amazon, and retail. DTC HASaggressive plans to scale but the real mandate here is bigger than any single channel.
This person will own the holistic growth engine across the entire business. Paid media doesn't just drive DTC, it lifts Amazon, it lifts retail, and they need someone who can build the
measurement framework to quantify that halo effect and use it to make smarter decisions about where every dollar goes. Think cross-channel incrementality, media mix modeling, and a seat at the table where budget allocation decisions are made.
On the retention side, they're already seeing strong performance on Klaviyo and Attentive with healthy subscription and repeat purchase rates. The opportunity is to build a real strategic roadmap and take it to the next level.
You'd inherit a performance creative team, a retention senior manager, an affiliate manager, and agency relationships you can evaluate and reshape however you see fit. The CMO is sharp, collaborative, and wants a strategic leader who's also willing to roll their sleeves up when it matters.
