We're looking for a sharp, motivated Junior Account Manager - someone early in their career (or still in university) with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing. You’ll be supported by senior team members while learning how to manage accounts, coordinate campaigns, and drive strategy.

Key responsibilities

📌 Support client communication and campaign coordination

📌 Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, and Klaviyo Techs

📌 Help build campaign calendars and email strategies

📌 Learn to analyze performance data and recommend improvements

📌 Assist in reporting and maintaining client relationships

📌 Review email copy/design and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

✔ A graduate year student or recent grad with a strong work ethic

✔ Interest in e-commerce, email marketing, and account management

✔ Strong communication and organization skills

✔ Eagerness to take on client-facing responsibilities

✔ Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

➕ Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Figma, ClickUp, or Slack is a plus
