We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRO Specialist to help maximize the effectiveness of our digital channels. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to analyze user behavior, test strategies, and optimize the online experience for higher conversions in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing, multivariate tests, and usability studies to improve website and landing page performance.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and conversion data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement conversion-focused strategies across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and test outcomes.
• Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, and industry trends.
• Assist in optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and call-to-action elements.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and website optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple optimization projects in a remote environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
