Your role in this mission: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive our performance marketing efforts with a strong focus on LinkedIn. In this role, you will take ownership of a 7-digit yearly ad budget, manage campaigns end-to-end, and directly report to the founder. You will not only execute but also shape our overall performance marketing strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that generate pipeline within our target audiences.

🎯 In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage LinkedIn Ads (primary channel) as well as Meta, Google, and Bing Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
  • Take full ownership of campaigns: from planning, strategy, and setup to copywriting, creative briefing/creation, and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize a 7-digit yearly ad budget effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Write compelling, high-performing ad copy for B2B SaaS decision-makers.
  • Collaborate on creative production (briefing, working with designers, or creating assets independently e.g. in Canva).
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking, ensuring seamless lead integration into HubSpot.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, with a clear focus on pipeline impact.
  • Proactively identify and test new channels, initiatives, and approaches to expand reach and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality and funnel efficiency.
  • Report directly to the founder, influencing high-level growth decisions.

⭐ You have:

  • High proficiency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proven success in LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS, with mid-market and enterprise experience preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills tailored for performance campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel metrics.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools).
  • Experience managing large ad budgets (7 digits annually) with a track record of ROI-driven decisions.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, able to explore new channels and methods for pipeline generation.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset combined with creativity.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with full ownership of projects.
