THE ROLE:
We are looking for a curious Affiliate & Parentships Specialist to join our team. This role would be perfect for someone who loves building relationships and wants to get hands on coordinating affiliate programs and campaigns with the focus of driving strong results across all key metrics.
This role will be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily operations of affiliate programs, which includes but is not limited to onboarding new partners, securing and implementing optimisation campaigns, ad management, and general administrative support across different affiliate networks such as setting CPAi’s, scheduling tenancies and setting up promotions and codes.
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality account service and support to advertisers and publishers
- Monitor client performance and budget tracking
- Analysing competitor activity and investigating trends
- Contribute to the development and delivery of client presentations as required.
- Collaborate with networks, clients and the wider Paid Media team as required
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, working to deadlines, and working with your manager to prioritise tasks
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teams to deliver quality work for clients.
- Ability to independently manage implementation, optimisation and reporting for assigned accounts.
THE EXPERIENCE:
- Min. 6-months experience in Affiliate marketing
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent problem solver with a high attention to detail.
- Some experience with campaign implementation, optimisation, management and reporting across digital/paid media channel.
- Experience using Affiliate networks, particularly Impact. As well as Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (eg. vlookups, pivot tables), Outlook, and Powerpoint preferred.
- Able to handle multiple client priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

- Meeting Affiliate program objectives via campaign KPI’s and objectives
