You will develop and execute growth-focused marketing programs across digital channels, demand generation, lifecycle campaigns, and product-led strategies. This role requires analytical rigor, creativity, and experience scaling user acquisition and conversion in a SaaS environment.

What You Will Do

• Plan and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs (paid media, email, SEO, content, and social)
• Support lifecycle marketing programs that increase engagement, activation, and retention
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for funnel performance and attribution
• Coordinate with RevOps, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies
• Conduct A/B tests, messaging iterations, and campaign optimization
• Analyze customer behavior patterns and refine targeting to improve ROI

What You Will Bring

• Four or more years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in SaaS
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and performance metrics
• Experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Ability to blend creative ideation with data-driven execution
• Familiarity with PLG motions and experimentation frameworks is preferred
