We’re looking for a data-driven yet highly creative Performance Creative Strategist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social creative across the full funnel - from ad to landing page to offer. This role blends creativity with analytical rigor to consistently reduce CPA, unlock new audiences, and enable further scaling of our Meta campaigns.

You’ll work closely with video editors, creators, graphic designers, landing page specialists, and agencies to produce high-converting creative assets and landing pages. You’ll own the testing framework, audience and persona development, and creative direction to deliver breakthrough results.

This role is a 50/50 split between:

  • Leading strategy (creative direction, testing frameworks, persona development)
  • Hands-on execution (briefing/editing creatives, analyzing performance, building pages)

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Offer Strategy

  • Develop and execute full-funnel creative strategies for Meta campaigns, from ad concept to landing page to offer.
  • Create and test new personas, angles, and messaging to identify untapped audiences.
  • Lead ideation sessions and translate insights into clear creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offers that improve conversion rates and scale.

Testing & Optimization

  • Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap, including hypotheses, tracking, and analysis.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify winning creatives, offers, and landing pages.
  • Rapidly iterate on creative assets based on learnings to lower CPA and increase ROAS.

Landing Page Development

  • Work with landing page specialists to design, test, and optimize pages that convert.
  • Ensure creative, messaging, and offer are fully aligned from ad click to checkout.
  • Build and launch landing pages independently when needed, ensuring creative, messaging, and offer are aligned from ad click to checkout.

Agency & Team Management

  • Manage external creative agencies and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet brand and performance goals.
  • Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and creators to ensure on-time delivery of assets.

About You

  • Proven experience in paid social creative strategy with hands-on execution skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Meta ads ecosystem, creative best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Able to blend data analysis with creative direction.
  • Experience developing and testing audience personas and messaging angles.
  • Comfortable briefing and managing agencies

  • Consistent delivery of winning ads, angles, and personas that scale profitably.
  • Documented testing insights that continuously improve campaign performance.
