Job Title : Corporate Events Coordinator Work expereince : 0-1 years Location: Remote Experience: 0–1 Year About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Corporate Events Coordinator to join our Events and Marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about event planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivering engaging virtual and in-person corporate events. As a Corporate Events Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organising, and executing webinars, conferences, workshops, product launches, networking events, and internal company events. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery from planning through post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, virtual conferences, webinars, and business meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, registrations, and attendee communications.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, speakers, and external partners.
- Support the preparation of event budgets, timelines, and project plans.
- Coordinate promotional activities with the marketing team.
- Prepare presentations, event materials, and post-event reports.
- Track event registrations and manage attendee databases.
- Assist in post-event surveys and performance analysis.
- Maintain event documentation and supplier records.
- Ensure events are delivered professionally and within agreed timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Internship, university event committee, or volunteer experience in event planning.
- Familiarity with event platforms such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Zoom Events, or Microsoft Teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media promotion and email marketing.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
