You will work closely with the creative & account teams, web developers, and content managers to ensure our portfolio of enterprise and regional clients dominate their respective markets. 🌟Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and scale comprehensive SEO and digital marketing roadmaps for enterprise, national, and regional clients across multiple industries.[1]
• Technical & Advanced Search Mastery: Oversee complex technical SEO audits, site migrations, JavaScript rendering issues, Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, and cutting-edge schema markup implementations.[1]
• AI Search & Emerging Tech Integration: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-driven search behaviors (such as Google SGE and ChatGPT search integrations).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content directors, developers, and media buyers to align on-page SEO, digital PR, backlink acquisition strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Utilize enterprise-grade tools—including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Looker Studio—to monitor KPIs, analyze conversion funnels, and report measurable ROI to C-suite stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship & Agency Scaling: Help scale our remote-first operations, mentor junior and mid-level SEO strategists, and contribute to agency-wide growth initiatives.
• Identify & Present New Business Opportunities💼What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership, director, or senior management capacity managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success scaling organic traffic, lead generation, and revenue for competitive national and regional brands across diverse verticals.
• Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework implications for SEO, WordPress, Shopify, and enterprise content management systems.
• Data Fluency: Advanced ability to analyze massive datasets, extract actionable insights, and translate complex metrics into executive-level presentations.
• Remote-First Mindset: Highly autonomous, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to foster collaboration across a distributed team.
