About The Role The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) plays a pivotal role within our Client Services Department, serving as the primary point of contact for our Small to Medium-Sized Business clients utilizing our online marketing services. This full-time, remote position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and a customer-centric approach. The DMS will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, educate them on available marketing solutions, and develop strategies to enhance their online presence. The role involves collaborating with internal teams—including designers, developers, SEO specialists, and paid advertising experts—to deliver tailored marketing campaigns. A significant aspect of this position involves managing client relationships, providing insights into campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Hospitality roles.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- At least 2 years of organic marketing experience, including Google Business Profile management, social media marketing, or SEO.
- 2+ years of paid advertising experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Local Services Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in project or account management, with familiarity in platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Trello).
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar, and Drive.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- High-speed internet access and a reliable remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, expanding their marketing product portfolio through strategic recommendations.
- Educate clients on various digital marketing programs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Establish realistic and measurable goals to grow clients' businesses via Local SEO, Paid Social, and advanced SEM strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs to optimize results.
- Gather and organize assets and pertinent business information from clients to facilitate content creation and campaign execution.
- Perform quality assurance checks on internal marketing materials to ensure consistency with client branding and standards.
- Manage paid search campaigns by analyzing and discussing performance metrics on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and the web development team for website projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies and client outcomes.
