Job Title: Account Manager – Influencer Marketing
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: €40,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Must be based in GermanyMust speak German & EnglishThe Role
We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team, overseeing influencer marketing campaigns for clients and helping to grow our presence in the German market. This is a remote role with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
You will have full ownership of campaign delivery, from planning and execution to reporting. The role involves strategic thinking, client relationship management, and team collaboration to deliver high-quality campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
- Lead creative and strategic idea sessions for campaigns
- Prepare media plans, proposals, and client-facing documents
- Negotiate with influencers and manage relationships effectively
- Analyse campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights
- Identify opportunities for upselling and adding value to clients
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging social platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing
- Previous account management experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience using social analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Insights, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
