About Windmill
We’re Windmill, a design-forward brand building the future of air care. Our products live in people’s homes, so everything we make needs to feel thoughtful, intuitive, and beautiful. We move quickly, think creatively, and care deeply about the details.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations / Marketing Analyst teammate who brings structure, clarity, and strong organization to a fast-moving marketing team—and wants to grow inside a small but ambitious org.
You Might Be a Great Fit If:
- You’re the person who keeps projects, trackers, and timelines organized, and you enjoy making things run smoothly.
- You’ve worked in DTC or ecommerce (or something adjacent) and want deeper exposure to the full marketing funnel.
- You enjoy working with numbers and dashboards and you notice when something looks off.
- You’re comfortable supporting multiple teams and keeping everyone aligned on what needs to happen next.
- You’re excited to learn how product launches, promos, and multi-channel campaigns come together.
- You care about details and take pride in clean, accurate work.
What You’ll Do
- Support marketing planning: campaign calendars, promo schedules, launch timelines, and asset tracking.
- Help track influencer deliverables, update performance spreadsheets, and coordinate with the Social team on creator workflows
- QA landing pages, PDP updates, discount codes, emails, and campaign setups before they go live.
- Work closely with Product, Ops, CX, Creative, Paid, Social and Retail teams to keep deliverables and timelines organized.
- Pull performance snapshots and simple analyses to help the team understand what’s working.
- Keep internal documentation, process checklists, promo trackers, and workflows up to date.
- Assist with execution across DTC, Amazon, retail, paid social, email, and other channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role
- Experience working with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, or paid media platforms, or the ability to pick them up quickly
- Strong attention to details across dates, links, numbers, and campaign requirements
- Clear communication skill and comfortable with checking in, following up, and keeping projects moving
- Someone who enjoys structure and organization but can adapt when plans shift
- Scrappy, proactive, and willing to “pick up a shovel” to learn new tools, processes, or channels when needed
What You’ll Get
- Support and mentorship from the full marketing team across Growth, Social, Product, Sales, and Brand
- Ownership over key processes and tools that help the team run
- Hands-on experience supporting campaigns, product launches, and major marketing moments
- A visible role inside a small, collaborative team where your work has real impact
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience supporting Amazon or retail partners
- Familiarity with promo calendars or launch planning
- Previous experience at a DTC or consumer brand
- Enjoy documentation and building organized systems
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible PTO and paid holidays
- 401(k) available
- Employee discount on all Windmill products
- Remote-first culture with quarterly team gatherings
- Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape a high-ambition, design-forward brand
