We are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist with strong healthcare marketing experience to drive our multi-channel marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, field, partner & channel marketing initiatives to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage the CRM as the central platform for marketing automation, including lead nurturing, email workflows, list segmentation, and analytics.
- Integrate and optimize marketing flows across digital, content, field, partner, and channel marketing including digital channels, CRM systems, and content platforms to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign execution.
- Support lead generation efforts aligned with sales and account-based marketing goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and distribute healthcare-focused content, including campaigns, newsletters, and case studies.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare or B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (campaign setup, workflows, integrations, and analytics) and HubSpot (workflows, email marketing, analytics), is highly desirable,
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, across digital, content, field, partner & channel marketing
- Experience creating and managing content tailored for healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Skills in Canva or equivalent design tools for producing digital content and marketing collateral are a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
