Digital Marketing Strategist (Digital Media Strategist) Industry: Education — K–12 Public Education (District Communications & Digital Engagement). Remote role supporting district-wide digital communications, community engagement, and student/family outreach across the United States. We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to own integrated digital media strategy, paid and organic campaigns, content operations, and analytics for a public-school district. This role reports to district communications leadership and collaborates with educators, principals, and community stakeholders to amplify student success stories, increase enrollment engagement, and drive timely communications. Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital media plans (paid + organic) that increase community engagement, enrollment inquiries, and event participation across social, search, and display channels.
- Create, schedule, and optimize multi-format content (social posts, short video, banners, landing pages, email) aligned to district communications calendar and accessibility standards.
- Manage paid social and search campaigns: target segmentation, budget allocation, creative A/B tests, and performance optimization to maximize reach and conversions.
- Implement tracking and reporting frameworks using analytics and tag management to measure KPIs, produce weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Administer content management workflows and maintain web and microsite content in the district CMS to ensure information accuracy and ADA/WCAG-compliant presentation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (principals, curriculum teams, HR, student services) and external vendors to scale campaigns and train staff on basic digital best practices.
