​About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for the full marketing funnel—from crafting high-converting SEO content and technical articles to managing high-budget ad campaigns and automated lead nurturing systems.

​Preferred Qualifications:

• ​7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in a B2B or IT services environment.
• ​Proven track record of significantly increasing revenue and organic traffic.
• ​Expertise in AI-driven marketing (Prompt Engineering) to speed up content and creative production.
• ​Strong technical foundation (HTML/CSS/CMS) to collaborate effectively with our development teams.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to scale customer acquisition and brand visibility for our web and software services.
• ​High-Impact Content: Craft SEO-optimized blogs, whitepapers, and web copy that convert technical audiences into high-value B2B leads.
• ​Paid Media & Lead Gen: Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and lowering CAC.
• ​Marketing Automation: Build and manage automated lead nurturing workflows using email, chatbots, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• ​Performance Tracking: Use GA4 and GTM to analyze campaign performance and deliver data-backed reports to leadership.
• ​Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of writers and designers, establishing SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.
