Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We're looking for a talented Content Designer who lives at the intersection of great design and smart marketing. You'll own the visual voice of our brand across digital channels — creating assets that don't just look good, but actually perform. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands B2B audiences, knows how to design for conversion, and takes pride in producing work that drives real business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-performing ad creatives for paid social and digital campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display and more)
• Build sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, case study layouts, and pitch assets that help our team close
• Create on-brand content for organic social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to translate strategy into compelling visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showing B2B work
• Proven experience designing for performance — you understand hooks, CTAs, and what makes someone stop scrolling
• Experience creating sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma/Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what works on each
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or a related industry
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL)
• Motion graphics or GIF animation skills
• Social media management experience — scheduling, community engagement, and platform strategy

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
