Are you passionate about sustainability and skilled in bringing people together through engaging internal communications? My client is looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator/ Executive to support a dynamic, global organisation driving the transition to a greener future.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and maintaining a quarterly internal communications dashboard, using data from platforms such as Viva Engage, intranet, and newsletters
• Conducting regular intranet audits, working with teams across the organisation to ensure content is accurate and up to date
• Supporting content delivery across multiple channels, including newsletters, internal social platforms, and company-wide updates
• Assisting with internal events and volunteering programmes, both virtual and in-person
• Managing and maintaining the company-wide calendar, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy across all activities
• Supporting a monthly internal awards programme, including content creation and coordination of recognition initiatives
• Contributing to company events, from local gatherings to large annual celebrations
• Supporting light design work using templates (e.g. Canva)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a global business
• Experience with internal communications tools (e.g. MailUp, Mailchimp, intranet systems) is a plus, but not essential
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is desirable
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn new systems
