About the role

Westmount Search has been exclusively engaged in a search for a VP of Growth Marketing. Our client is an established $200m global enterprise software company helping organizations improve efficiency, streamline business processes, and manage critical information.

This role is remote but preference is given to candidates in US Eastern time zone or UK/I.

Reporting to the CRO, the VP of Growth Marketing will build a predictable, efficient pipeline and revenue engine across regions, customer segments, and routes to market. This leader will integrate global demand generation, regional and field marketing, digital marketing, campaigns, partner marketing, and business development into one accountable operating model.

The mandate is to move from fragmented regional execution toward a scalable global strategy, while preserving market relevance. Success requires close alignment with Sales, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Finance. Credibility will be earned through measurable commercial impact.

Lead/enhance/transform teams covering the following areas:

Global Growth Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop a unified global demand strategy and integrated plan tied to ARR bookings, pipeline creation, pipeline coverage, and revenue targets; set quarterly goals and ROI guardrails.
  • Prioritize regions, industries, ideal customer profiles, segments, target accounts, and direct versus partner-led routes to market; balance new-logo acquisition with cross-sell and upsell.
  • Build repeatable global programs with regional flexibility; partner with the CRO and Sales to improve sales velocity, conversion, and forecast predictability.

Demand Generation, Full-Funnel ABM & Campaigns

  • Own global integrated campaigns, field and regional demand programs, and ABM in close partnership with Sales.
  • Orchestrate ads, web, email, outbound, events, and lifecycle engagement to move target accounts from buyer intent to opportunity to closed-won revenue.
  • Apply intent signals, account intelligence, buyer behavior, and predictive insights to improve prioritization, personalization, buying-group penetration, and conversion.

SDR/BDR Leadership & Sales Alignment

  • Directly lead the North American inbound and outbound SDR/BDR organization; coordinate global standards and performance with the VP, Growth Marketing EMEA and regional business development teams.
  • Oversee goals, territories, outreach cadences, enablement, qualification, compensation inputs, lead routing, and conversion throughput.
  • Establish shared funnel definitions, SLAs, response standards, and marketing-to-sales handoffs to improve pipeline quality and BDR/SDR productivity.

Digital Marketing, Website & AI Search

  • Lead paid, organic, and lifecycle digital marketing programs to drive efficient acquisition, engagement, and conversion globally.
  • Own website performance and governance, including conversion rates, speed, user experience, testing, personalization, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Advance SEO and generative/LLM search optimization to reflect evolving buyer discovery behaviors and increase visibility across traditional and AI-powered search channels.

Events, Field Marketing & Partner Marketing

  • Define the global portfolio of owned and third-party events; enforce disciplined pre-event activation, post-event follow-up SLAs, and measurement of sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Develop co-marketing and co-selling motions with strategic technology partners; equip Partner Account Managers with repeatable plays, market development fund utilization tracking, and sourced-pipeline commitments.
  • Pursue high-value ecosystem opportunities, particularly within Microsoft partnerships, and evaluate event and partner investments against commercial outcomes.

Marketing Operations, Technology, AI & Automation

  • Work closely with GTM Operations to strengthen funnel architecture, attribution, forecasting, performance management, data integrity, ICP segmentation, routing, and SLA adherence.
  • Standardize campaign development, reporting, and execution across geographies; streamline workflows, eliminate duplication, and improve resource allocation.
  • Optimize marketing automation, MAP–CRM integration, ABM and intent platforms, web analytics, and experimentation tools; prioritize practical adoption and measurable ROI.
  • Drive AI-forward execution through AI tools, automation, and agents for campaign development, targeting, personalization, orchestration, and team productivity.

Performance Management & Executive Communication

  • Build consistent global KPIs and dashboards for sourced/influenced pipeline, lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win conversion, revenue, channel ROI, and forecast accuracy.
  • Apply funnel modeling and financial guardrails, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), CAC payback, and lifetime value-to-CAC (LTV/CAC), to guide investment decisions.
  • Publish monthly growth reviews with insights, trade-offs, and actions; communicate confidently with the CRO, executive leadership team, Board, and field leaders.

People Leadership & Organizational Change

  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing global talent; coach leaders, drive change, and establish a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, GTM Ops, Product Marketing, Brand/Communications, Partner Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and IT/Security.
