About the role:
This is a brand-new hire for our agency as we look to build upon our success and grow the agency in 2026 as we support more HubSpot implementations. As one of our HubSpot Developers/Specialists, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimising HubSpot for our clients, ensuring they get can utilise it to it's maximum capabilities and efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end system implementation and optimisation projects across CRM and MarTech platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot and Klaviyo.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project delivery, managing expectations, communicating progress and resolving issues.
- Translate client business requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution architectures and project plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring deliverables are met to a high standard and within scope.
- Oversee and contribute to hands-on development work including platform configuration, API integrations, data migrations and custom solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery and scoping sessions with clients to assess their current systems, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, designers and CRM strategists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes across all technical deliverables, including code reviews, testing protocols and deployment procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise client platforms and processes, recommending enhancements that drive performance and ROI.
- Document technical solutions, integration architectures and project processes for client handover and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with CRM and MarTech platform updates, emerging technologies and industry best practices, sharing knowledge across the team.
Experience and skills required (important):
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technical project management, solutions engineering or technical lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more major CRM/MarTech platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign).
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects from scoping through to delivery and post-launch optimisation.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data management, including data migrations, integrations, segmentation and ETL processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across development, strategy and account management teams.
Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):
- Previous experience working within a CRM, MarTech or digital marketing agency.
- Experience with SQL, scripting languages (e.g. Python, AMPscript, Liquid) or platform-specific development tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Experience with CDP platforms, marketing automation workflows or customer data architecture.
- Relevant certifications in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) or project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

Salary
Up to £55,000 per annum, pro-rata.
Place of work:
This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK. Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated, as well as willingness to travel throughout the UK for events.
