What you'll do

• Write persuasive copy grounded in psychology and customer research
• Develop creative briefs that point designers and editors at winning concepts
• Storyboard concepts in Figma, Foreplay, Notion (and our tools)
• Own quarterly creative roadmaps across video, static, and landing pages
• Turn Meta Ads data into the next round of big swings
• Be the strategic and creative lead for your clients
• Use (and help shape) our custom AI tools to ship more, faster
• Work directly with the founder on campaigns and positioning

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years in creative strategy at a DTC brand or performance agency
• Strong read on Meta — you see a dashboard and know what to do next
• Sharp copywriting and a real customer research habit
• Comfort directing designers, editors, and UGC creators
• Enthusiasm for building AI into your daily workflow
• Ownership, critical thinking, can-do under startup pace
