We’re now hiring a Funnel Hacker / CRO Specialist / Landing Page Expert - a conversion-first operator who knows how to build lead generation funnels that drive revenue, and optimise ecommerce experiences that convert traffic into customers.
This role is for someone who LOVES conversion, gets excited about data and has a strong portfolio of landing pages, funnels and ecommerce CRO wins to back it up.
THE ROLE
You’ll be an architect of conversion at Webprofits - taking ownership of leadgen funnel builds for high-value service brands and CRO initiatives for fast-growing ecommerce businesses.
This isn’t a “run the same playbook twice” kind of job. Every project will challenge your ability to uncover insights, create high-converting user flows and optimise what matters.
You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers and paid media specialists to improve outcomes across both acquisition and conversion.
WHAT YOU'LL DOLead Generation Funnels (DTC Services & High-Intent Verticals)
- Design and build high-converting funnels at scale using Webflow
- Map complete funnel flows across awareness, lead capture, nurturing and conversion
- Collaborate on offer strategy, positioning, form logic and lead magnet execution
- Build pages that connect strategy with results
Ecommerce CRO (High-Traffic Brands)
- Audit product pages, collection layouts, cart flows, and post-purchase journeys
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar and VWO to uncover drop-offs and friction points
- Create wireframes and dev-ready briefs for A/B tests and CRO improvements
- Prioritise initiatives based on potential uplift, traffic volume, and business impact
Testing, Insights & Optimisation
- Launch structured experiments and analyse results to drive ongoing iteration
- Report clear, actionable insights back to performance, creative and client teams
- Run usability reviews and conversion heuristics audits to identify opportunities
- Blend qualitative (session replays, heatmaps) and quantitative (GA4, CRM) data
AI-Powered Workflows
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, page creation and analysis
- Integrate prompt-driven frameworks to build, test and iterate faster
- Free yourself (and the team) from grunt work and stay focused on what moves the needle
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–8+ years experience in conversion optimisation and/or funnel building
- Deep knowledge of landing page structure, persuasive UX and funnel architecture
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and DTC service models (especially high-ticket leadgen)
- Hands-on skills in tools like Webflow, GA4, Hotjar and VWO
- Ability to write compelling page copy and wireframe for designers/devs
- Strategic mindset - you see the whole funnel, not just the page
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools or agents to enhance speed and output
