About VUSHVUSH is a globally recognized sexual wellness brand, known for empowering self-love, body confidence, and bold conversations. We’ve built a community-led, culturally relevant brand with a fast-paced eCommerce backbone — and now we’re looking for a killer email marketer to help us grow even faster.About the RoleWe’re on the hunt for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join us on a contract basis. This isn’t just a “set it and forget it” job — we’re looking for someone who wants to own email as a growth channel. You’ll be driving sales, optimising our automations, and crafting campaign concepts that align with VUSH’s bold tone and voice. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and creative team to ideate, test, and refine email flows that convert and retain.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimise all email automations and flows
• Build and execute weekly email campaigns (sale promos, new drops, product stories)
• Analyse performance (revenue, open/click rates, A/B testing) and make proactive improvements
• Come up with creative campaign concepts that align with brand voice
• Collaborate with internal team (designers, creative leads) to brief in content

Who You Are

• You’ve worked with 7–8 figure eCom brands and know how to drive sales through email
• You’ve got a solid grasp of Klaviyo (or similar), automation logic, and segmentation
• You’re ideas-first, results-driven, and know how to write/brief high-converting emails
• You understand how AI can speed up your process and improve performance
• Bonus if you can do basic email design/layout too (Figma, Canva, etc)
