Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Appointment Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial in helping the company expand its client base.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Contact potential clients via phone or email to set up appointments.

• Understand and communicate the company's services to prospective clients.

• Maintain well-organized documentation and reports of client interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of scheduled appointments.

• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any inquiries.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Proven track record of setting appointments in a similar role.
