Social Media Manager

🚀 We're hiring a next-gen SMM Manager (Web3 / crypto) at ViaHonest, fulltime

ViaHonest is a Web3 marketplace for physical goods: sellers list items (sneakers, streetwear, art, merch, collectibles), every item gets a digital certificate of authenticity, and all deals are protected by escrow. The product is live and working, built on Polygon. Primary market: the US, with additional markets in Canada, the UK, France, Germany, and Singapore.

We're growing the team and looking for an SMM manager who works the new way: uses AI and automation to produce content at scale, catches trends, and tests hypotheses fast.

What you'll do:

• Run and grow our social channels: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and more
• Mass-produce content with AI tools, both copy and visuals (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, video generation, etc.)
• Spot trends and turn them into content while they're still hot
• Build automations so you can ship more content in the same amount of time
• Constantly test hypotheses: formats, angles, topics; see what performs and scale it

Who we're looking for:

• Crypto / Web3 experience is a must (you get the culture, the tone, the community)
• Strong hands-on AI skills, both text and visual models; you know how to squeeze real results out of them, not just "ask ChatGPT"
• A feel for trends: you see what's working right now and get there first
• Ability to build automations and processes for high-volume content
• A test-and-iterate mindset, not "post it and forget it"
• Solid copywriting skills: you can polish AI output into clean, compelling copy
• Fluent English (written communication, content)

Big plus:

• Marketplace / e-commerce experience
• A strong eye for visuals, Reels, short-form video
• Your own stack of tools and workflows (AI + automation)
