About the Organisation:
A dynamic multi-site DSO with a growing footprint across the Western U.S., backed by strong investment and a vision to become the most patient-trusted and clinician-preferred brand in dental care.
The organisation supports clinicians with full-spectrum non-clinical functions including marketing, operations, HR, finance, and analytics.
They are now seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand strategy, digital transformation, and growth initiatives driving patient acquisition, clinician recruitment and overall market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives new patient acquisition, brand awareness and clinic-level growth.
- Lead digital transformation. including SEO, paid media, CRM, website optimisation, and analytics, to optimize marketing ROI.
- Partner with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure marketing aligns with patient experience and practice performance goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, and field marketing.
- Oversee clinician recruitment marketing, building campaigns that attract and retain top dental talent.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, refine strategy, and guide executive decision-making.
- Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth planning.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years of marketing leadership experience within DSO, healthcare, or multi-site consumer healthcare.
- Proven track record driving patient acquisition and brand growth through digital and traditional channels.
- Experience managing multi-location marketing programs and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance in advertising and patient communications.
- Experience in brand strategy, media, CRM and digital platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA preferred.
