Account Manager – SaaS | Remote (Australia)$130,000 base + super | Uncapped OTE ($180k+) | Series B US SaaS vendor

A high-growth Series B SaaS vendor, headquartered in the US and rapidly scaling across APAC, is hiring an Account Manager to drive growth across its existing customer base in Australia and New Zealand.

This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

The Opportunity

You’ll own a portfolio of 70+ existing SMB and Mid-Market customers across ANZ — building relationships, increasing retention, and driving incremental growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activity.

Working closely with Customer Success and Product teams, you’ll help customers expand adoption of the platform and identify new opportunities to grow ARR across your book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of 70+ existing ANZ clients
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop account plans and execute growth strategies per customer segment
  • Partner with Customer Success to deliver exceptional client outcomes and retention
  • Forecast renewals and expansion revenue accurately within CRM
  • Represent the business as a trusted advisor, identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Growth roles
  • Proven success in renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across SMB or Mid-Market clients
  • Confident managing a high-volume book of accounts and working autonomously
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to growth
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
