Role Overview

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing based in the United Kingdom to lead our India-based marketing team and oversee all Unbound IA brand functions. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. Someone who can shape the vision while ensuring flawless execution across web, content, SEO, digital channels, and brand-to-demand programs.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team across digital marketing, SEO, web strategy & development, content, social, and email to build a unified, performance-driven marketing engine that strengthens the Unbound IA brand and fuels the pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam and Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing India-based marketing team across digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, web development, email, and social.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner closely with global marketing and sales leadership to align on strategy, KPIs, and execution plans.

Brand and Digital Strategy:

  • Own the full brand-side marketing function, ensuring all channels and programs work together to elevate visibility, credibility, and demand.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand-to-demand strategy across web, content, SEO, and digital channels.
  • Drive storytelling, messaging, and content frameworks that articulate Unbound IA’s value and differentiation.

Website and Performance Management:

  • Oversee website strategy, UX, development, and ongoing optimization to improve conversion rates, SEO performance, and user engagement.
  • Establish KPIs for web performance and create processes to continuously test, measure, and refine digital experiences.
  • Ensure the website acts as a central growth engine for both brand awareness and demand capture.

Content & SEO:

  • Own the content marketing strategy, including editorial direction, content formats, and distribution channels.
  • Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) to increase organic visibility and performance.
  • Build content programs that support both awareness and pipeline-stage engagement.

Demand Generation Alignment:

  • Collaborate with global demand generation and revenue teams to align brand programs with performance goals.
  • Recommend and support demand gen programs that drive awareness, engagement, and hand-raisers for Unbound IA’s own brand.
  • Ensure all brand and content initiatives drive measurable demand outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

  • Build and refine processes, workflows, and reporting structures that enable efficient execution at scale.
  • Implement marketing technologies and analytics frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across marketing functions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in global leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong operational mindset with proven ability to scale teams, programs, and processes.
  • Deep experience in website strategy and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in content marketing strategy and SEO.
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with global sales and demand generation teams.
  • B2B marketing experience required; agency or high-growth environment a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
