This is an agency-side role, working for the Marketing Agency arm of UBIQ, Amplify.Who are UBIQ? We're transforming the way schools market themselves online. UBIQ delivers unique and creative digital experiences, backed by cutting-edge data platforms, to help leading schools across the world grow enrollment, recruitment, and fundraising.

What does this role achieve?

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing targeted digital campaigns for forward-thinking and often world-leading schools.

You'll be a native across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and SEO. Reporting to the Director of Services, you'll be a trusted advisor for a number of clients, strengthening relationships with exceptional customer service as well as being able to clearly articulate campaign performance.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Acquisition Strategy & Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive enrollment and event conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics & reporting tools to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
  • Conversion Optimization: Identify and implement tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and stakeholders about campaign performance and strategic direction.

What are we looking for?Industry Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in an agency environment.
  • A deep understanding of search engine marketing, social media advertising, and display marketing.
  • A proven track record in running successful digital campaigns.

Skills:

  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong competency across platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM to derive insights and drive decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing approaches that align with business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to a diverse audience.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly personable self-starter who works well within a team, driven by new challenges and opportunities.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and willing to share opinions and ideas even if they go against the grain.
