The Opportunity: Sales Setter 100% remote!

We’re on the hunt for a gun Appointment Setter who knows how to build rapport fast, qualify leads like a pro, and lock in booked calls that convert.

In this role, you will engage warm leads via outbound calls to book them in for consultations with our Growth Managers (Closers). As a Sales Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by identifying client needs and facilitating opportunities for them to explore SHE-com’s transformative programs.

Key Responsibilities

● Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

● Discovery & Scheduling: Qualify leads and schedule them for calls with Growth Managers, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system.

● Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, no-shows, and cancellations.

● KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.

● Training Participation: Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with SHE-com’s standards and practices.

What We’re Looking For

● Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably in high ticket sales roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

● Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and lead management.

● A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

● Availability to work 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
