We work primarily with professional services and B2B clients, managing five- to six-figure monthly media budgets.
We're the agency clients hire when they want their marketing investment built on a foundation of engineering rigour, modern measurement, and strategic depth.
The Role
We're hiring a Client Success Director to own end-to-end client relationships across our portfolio. You'll be the trusted strategic advisor and single point of contact for your clients — running meetings solo, making strategic calls in the room, briefing internal execution teams, and owning outcomes from kickoff through long-term optimisation.
You'll report directly to the CEO and have meaningful autonomy over how you run your book.
What You'll Own
- Strategic ownership of a portfolio of clients
- Quarterly business reviews, monthly performance reviews, and ongoing strategy calls
- Translating client business goals into multi-channel marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, and AI search visibility
- Briefing and overseeing internal execution teams (Performance Marketing, Organic Visibility) and contractor creative resources
- Client retention, satisfaction, and the long-term strength of every relationship
- Identifying opportunities to grow engagements where it genuinely serves the client
- Acting as the senior voice on escalations, sensitive conversations, and strategic recommendations
- Contributing to internal frameworks, case studies, and thought leadership
You'll Probably Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of agency or in-house client-facing experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years owning senior client relationships
- A track record of long-term client retention and satisfaction
- Strong technical fluency in digital marketing — paid search and paid social campaign mechanics, GA4, attribution models, conversion tracking, and ideally familiarity with server-side tracking concepts
- Confidence running strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Experience in professional services, B2B, or regulated industries is a plus
- Strong project management instincts and excellent written and verbal communication

- Base salary of £55,000–£65,000, plus annual performance bonus up to £10,000
