Social Media Manager – Bilingual Content

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a personal brand across major social platforms. The focus is on documenting a unique journey as a Cameroonian living in the United States, with upcoming relocation to Nashville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, editing and posting videos, and crafting engaging bilingual captions in both English and French. The position is remote and ongoing, requiring creativity, cultural awareness, and a passion for storytelling to help content reach a wider audience. Deliverables

• Manage and schedule regular posts on Instagram and TikTok
• Edit and optimize short-form video content for maximum engagement
• Write compelling captions in both English and French
• Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas to increase reach and virality
• Collaborate closely to bring personal stories and ideas to life
• Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Strong video editing skills for mobile-first content
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French
• Creative writing ability for engaging, culturally relevant captions
