Remote Social Media Manager – TikTok Shop

This role focuses on elevating a premium wellness brand’s presence and sales through TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will independently manage TikTok account operations, develop engaging content strategies, and leverage platform trends to drive audience growth and commerce. You will play a key part in shaping the brand’s digital voice, fostering community engagement, and optimizing the TikTok Shop experience for a diverse customer base. Deliverables

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies tailored to wellness and premium product audiences
• Manage daily TikTok account operations, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments
• Set up and optimize TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless product listings and checkout experiences
• Create, edit, and publish short-form video content aligned with current TikTok trends
• Monitor analytics to track engagement, growth, and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives
• Identify and engage with influencers or brand advocates to expand reach

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop for consumer brands, ideally in wellness, beauty, or food sectors
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement
• Proficiency in video editing tools and mobile content creation
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with experience using TikTok analytics and reporting tools
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing social media environments
