Scout Global are currently partnered with a fast-growing AI Security start-up looking to expand their Marketing team. We are seeking a Head of Digital & Demand Generation to build and scale a world-class demand engine, driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across key target markets.

This role will own the company's digital marketing and demand generation strategy, leading the development of integrated campaigns that generate measurable business impact across the full customer lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth startup environments, enjoys building scalable marketing programs from the ground up, and has a proven track record of driving pipeline in B2B SaaS or Cyber Security organizations.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.
  • Own digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, content syndication, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with territory priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value prospects and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Own campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve efficiency, scale, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop compelling messaging and high-performing campaigns.
  • Manage agency relationships, technology vendors, marketing budgets, and digital marketing resources.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, partnerships, and innovative demand generation strategies.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that drive significant pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams in a high-growth Cyber Security, AI, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, lead generation, ABM, and funnel optimization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, analytics, CRM systems, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Previous experience building or leading a demand generation function from the ground up is highly preferred.
