TVOX is a creative and production-led agency working with a variety of SMEs, public-sector organisations, education providers and purpose-driven brands. We deliver website builds, video content, full-funnel marketing, digital strategy and transformation.

Our agency is growing, we need some more hands on deck.

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing Strategist to plan, launch and optimise paid media and digital growth strategies across multiple platforms.

You’ll be responsible for both hands-on campaign management and strategic thinking, working closely with our internal creative team to ensure campaigns are commercially effective and creatively aligned.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max where appropriate)
  • Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including audience strategy, creative testing and budget optimisation
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B, education and public-sector audiences
  • Build and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns, including creative-first testing approaches
  • Develop cross-platform media plans aligned to client goals (leads, awareness, conversions)

Local & Organic Visibility

  • Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP), including local SEO fundamentals, listings optimisation and reporting
  • Advise on local search visibility and how paid + organic can work together

Digital Strategy & Insight

  • Develop digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, sectors and budgets
  • Define funnels, KPIs, audience segmentation and testing roadmaps
  • Interpret performance data and translate insights into clear actions
  • Advise on budget allocation, scaling strategies and performance benchmarks
  • (Bonus) GEO Capabilities

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution and conversion tracking
  • Confident building strategy, not just executing ads
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams (video, design, copy)
  • Clear communicator – able to explain results and recommendations simply

Desirable

  • Experience working with SMEs, B2C and/or B2B
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion setup
  • Experience working alongside video-led or content-heavy campaigns
  • UK market knowledge
  • UK based (also welcoming freelancers from the Philippines)
  • (Bonus) near to Croydon!

Not ideal

  • Other agencies / founders
  • Creative all-rounders (who also specialise in content creation or graphics, for example)

Deliverables May Include

  • Campaign setup & optimisation
  • Media plans and budget recommendations
  • Monthly performance reports with insight (not just numbers)
  • Strategic recommendations for scaling or pivoting campaigns
  • Input into creative direction for ad assets

Contract Details

  • Freelance / contract basis
  • Flexible workload (project-based or retained, depending on fit)
  • Competitive day or project rate (dependent on experience)
  • Opportunity for long-term collaboration across multiple clients
