What you’ll be responsible for

• Launching, managing, and scaling Meta Ads + Google Ads campaigns

• Building clean campaign structures that make optimization obvious (not messy)

Constant iteration on:

• targeting / audiences

• bid strategies

• creative angles

• landing page alignment

• budget scaling rules

Daily performance tracking + sharp decision-making (no “waiting it out”)

Running structured testing frameworks (not random chaos)

Sharing clear performance insights and next-step recommendations

Working closely with creatives + strategy team to improve conversion efficiency

• Proven experience buying media for lead gen

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Meta Ads (broad + structured testing)

• Google Search + Performance Max (when it makes sense)

• You understand attribution reality:

• platform data vs GA4 vs business outcomes

• You know how to work with creatives:

• hooks, angles, iteration cycles, fatigue management

• You think in systems, numbers, and speed

• You communicate clearly and don’t hide behind jargon
