Role Summary :
As Performance Marketing Lead, your primary mission is to systematize, automate, and scale
our high-budget Meta Ads operations, which account for over 90% of our total marketingspend. You will be responsible for the performance of our existing brands while leading the
media buying execution for new product launches.
You must be a "player-coach" deeply technical and capable of personally managing high-scale
Meta accounts and executing the media buying strategy for new launches, while overseeing the
broader performance team to ensure KPI alignment.
Key Responsibilities :
● Scaling Efficiently: Maximize ad spend while strictly maintaining target profit margins.
You must know how to scale horizontally and vertically without breaking the targets.
● Launch Execution: Lead the media buying side of new product launches managing the
transition from initial testing to aggressive scaling.
● High-Level Media Buying: Personally manage and scale Meta ad accounts with
monthly budgets exceeding $1M
Team Oversight: Oversee the Media Buying team and ensure performance consistency
across all brand accounts and channels.
● Performance Analysis: Track real-time data, manage attribution, and optimize for Day
1 ROI.
● Operational Excellence: Audit accounts regularly to identify inefficiencies and
implement structural improvements to the marketing funnel.
Requirements (Must-Have)
● Direct Response Mastery: Deep background in high-scale DR marketing for
E-commerce/DTC.
● Meta Ads Expert: Proven track record of managing min. $1M/month spend on Meta
(ideally $2M+).
● Leadership/Oversight: Experience managing or overseeing other media buyers/performance teams.
● Data Driven: Ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions based on real-time ROAS and MER data.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
You have managed 8-figure or 9-figure brands and know how to build a media buying machine
that doesn't break. You are a systems thinker who can handle the pressure of $2M+ monthly
spends and the fast-paced nature of new product launches. You are comfortable being the final
point of accountability for the performance of the entire marketing department.
