To help power our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to get in at the early stages and work closely with our Director of Growth and executive management team.
This high-impact role requires someone with Meta Ads (paid social) media buying experience who can execute with high precision, and manage projects and processes effectively. This role will report to the Director of Growth and collaborate across the team to help shape and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply entrepreneurial, obsessed with innovation, and eager to roll up their sleeves to help build something extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
- Media Buying: Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other advertising platforms (7-figure monthly budgets) to drive new customer acquisition
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying optimizations and recommendations to share with the team
- Performance Reporting: Ongoing performance reporting using an array of analytics platforms, such as Northbeam (MTA), Motion (creative analytics), and more
- Creative Strategy: Assist in day-to-day operations of our creative strategy program, in collaboration with growth team and creative agency partners
- Measurement: Support team in incrementality/geo lift testing roadmap & execution across paid social channels
- Landing Page Testing: Support team in developing and optimizing landing pages across various audiences and personas that we’re speaking to
- Marketing Operations: Assist in creative projects for other growth initiatives, such as developing website or landing page content, promotional assets, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of current experience managing Meta ad accounts (required)
- Direct experience at an e-commerce brand and/or marketing agency that services e-commerce brands (required)
- Application of various measurement methodologies such as multi-touch attribution, geo lift testing, incrementality, and media mix modeling (highly preferred)
- Experience in landing page optimization and creating targeted user funnels
- Pinterest and TikTok media buying experience is a plus
- Ability to manage DPA catalog feeds through feed management platforms
- Experience working within Figma is a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - you’re comfortable working within spreadsheets as much as strategizing on creative
- Must have extensive experience with AI tools and be willing to adopt AI across your entire workflow as tools continue to evolve
- Thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment—willing to wear multiple hats and roll up sleeves when needed (nights/weekends may be required)
